From Facebook notifications, emails and Insta tags, distractions come from all angels and it’s all too east to get distracted from what’s truly important.
We’ve all heard again and again that meditation will help us relax and “be present".
Staying in the present moment takes practice, but a few minutes each day is all that’s needed to establish your mindfulness practice. There are no reminders to be mindful unless you create them.
The responsibility is in your hands. Staying in the present moment can dramatically reduce stress, increase your happiness, and give you bursts of insight that might change your life.
Top tip: Stay mindful and get some quality time doing stretching and yoga poses. Keep your mind clear of any negative or mind boggling thought. Take in deep breathes.
