Plenty people tell me that they don’t have the time to go to gym. They ask how I manage to run a business and do the whole mom/wife thing while still finding time to get to gym. Honestly there is no special answer, but more of a simple “if it’s important to you, you will make time for it” answer.

The next story I often get it that gym fees are simply too high and unaffordable. Once again, why is that an excuse when there is a perfectly decent garden outside? If training is important to you, if you value your health and you are dead serious about looking after the only body that you have, you will exercise wherever, whenever.

There are millions of workouts that don’t require equipment or a lot of space. You don’t even need to get dressed (although a bra is usually recommended J)

I went to grab some things at Dischem the other day, my hubby’s supplements in hand, I took the opportunity to do some walking lunges down the aisle. Granted, some people looked at me like I had rocks in my head and I got a couple of giggles but that’s ok, it was an extra 20 lunges that I got in that day, that would otherwise not have happened. Needless to say, my husband took this picture and then walked swiftly to another part of the store, avoiding me and my craziness at all costs.
