There is a fair amount of giggling in this video clip, so don’t mind that – but seriously, I was like WHAAATT?
I went to gym the other day and big Steve took it upon himself to do some slider training with me. This form of punishment I am used to by now, but with this small change to my push ups, it had me questioning his sanity again. Lets just say that the man knows how to mix things up, just when you think you have it waxed.
The small variation in this simply took all the pressure from my other body parts and stuffed them right up there in my upper body. My arms and chest have never been the strongest parts of me, to make things worse. I guess its all the more reason to train my upper body more.
