Nothing like some of this slider training to make you remember what an insignificant little life you are on this planet and how Steve Mululu will break you with every workout you face.
You will however feel so much better for it, once you’re done. And breathing again like a normal human being.
So the workout goes like this.
5 x xfit push ups
5 x pull ups
5 x 80kg tyre flips
5 x hammer slams (5 on each side)
60 second break and then ad 1 to each exercise
6 x xfit push ups
6 x pull ups
6 x 80kg tyre flips
6 x hammer slams (6 on each side)
And so you go on until you have done 10 of each… as you will hear at the end, I really do think he’s mad!
