Breakfast sometimes become a pain in my butt. I don’t always have the time to scramble some eggs, or face another boiled egg. Having two kids, a husband, two dogs, three cats and my own business, feeding myself a healthy breakfast isn’t always at the top of my list of priorities.
If it happens to be one of those morning, I have a fall back plan! It’s my go-to smoothie. Its delicious and high in protein. The berries serve as antioxidants and are also very low in natural sugars.
